Circuit Board Registration Products

We make UV light-sensitive Film and Paper to calibrate Laser Direct Imaging Units. It’s called Laser Check Film.

Expose it on your Laser Direct Imaging machine, Instantly. No Chemicals are required. Available in both sheets and rolls.

How often do you calibrate your Laser Direct Imaging Unit?

Accuracy is critical when it comes to making a multi-layer circuit board. If anything is off, precious time and money are lost.

Is there a way to test the image before starting the manufacturing process? Is there a way to ensure the LDI unit is calibrated and printed correctly before printing the panels? Is there a way to save time and money printing circuit boards?

Laser Check Film and Paper make Registration and Calibration Easy.

For the past 12 years, NGS, Inc. has worked with circuit board manufacturers to create a product designed just for you. This product will not change how you make a circuit board. It will improve it.

Please connect with us to discuss how this product can help you save money and time and improve your printed circuit board manufacturing process.

Spectral Sensitivity

NGS’s Laser Check products are designed to expose in the 360-395 nm spectral range. A 360 nm spectrum laser will provide the greatest density and best results. At the 395 nm spectrum, the exposure quality is not as dense.

We have taken special measures to ensure that wavelengths ranging from 500 to 780 nm do not trigger any spectral sensitivity in the film. This ensures that the intended spectral range is isolated and unaffected by unwanted light sources.

Photosensitivity: We have deliberately engineered the film’s photosensitivity to be less than the standard figure provided, meeting your requirement for reduced sensitivity. This design ensures that the film responds specifically to the targeted wavelengths within the 360-395 nm range while minimizing interference from other sources.

Resolution: We guarantee that our photosensitive film meets resolution requirements and will provide you with a sample for testing. Please feel free to utilize your equipment to assess the resolution of the exposed images. We are confident our film will exceed your image clarity and detail expectations.

No chemical development: Our photosensitive film has been carefully designed to be user-friendly and easy to handle throughout the process. This film requires no chemical development; you can expect seamless integration into your workflow. The exposed results can be readily checked for accuracy and consistency, facilitating a smooth and efficient operation.

Stability in Stocking: We take pride in ensuring our product’s stability even during extended storage periods. This film has a two-year shelf life. Our photosensitive film is manufactured using high-quality materials and follows stringent quality control measures. This guarantees its longevity and reliability, allowing you to stock the film confidently and ensure that it will retain its superior performance over time. To ensure the greatest shelf-life, store in cooler environments not to exceed 50℃

We are thrilled to provide you with the spectral sensitivity information you need for your application. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for additional information or assistance. We look forward to serving your needs and building a successful partnership.
